BACKGROUND
Fitness has always been a priority for Ed. In high school he was on the swim team, ran track and cross country and ran cross country in college. From 1995-1998 earned and maintained a United States Army Physical Fitness Badge. About five years ago, Ed landed on kickboxing. Finding a new passion he wanted to take things to the next level and become a competitive fighter. About two years ago, Ed started training as a Muay Thai fighter through Proving Grounds Jiu Jitsu. His goal is to start competing in 2025.
Ed’s class focuses on exposure to Muay Thai technique by using pads and teaching how to defend yourself by simulating fight situations.
